What is the RCOE Child Care Assistance Program?
The Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) administers several child care assistance programs that help eligible families pay for preschool and child care.

Riverside Hybrid Alternative Payment (RHAP)
These programs allow qualifying families to choose from approved licensed child care providers throughout Riverside County, including Little Explorers Riverside Academy.
